Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Certain personal use items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation:
